NO SMOKING
The Cottages at Little Saint is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests smoking anywhere outdoors on the premises will incur an additional charge of $500.00 to your credit card on file. Smoking inside of any one of our cottages will incur a minimum automatic charge of $1500.00 to your credit card on file. Actual costs for repairing and remedying smoking damage to one of our Suites may easily exceed $1500.00 of which you will be responsible to pay for.
PETS
No more than 2 dogs, each weighing less than 75lbs, are allowed per stay. Please contact us in advance to coordinate your pup's visit to ensure safety and comfort for all. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be assessed. Dogs must not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time. Service animals must be registered in advance.
USE & OCCUPANCY
The Cottages have been approved by Sonoma County Lodging Ordinances for the exclusive use and occupancy of a maximum of three registered lodging guests. Our zoning prohibits overnight lodging in tents, campers, motor homes and all vehicles.
CANCELLATIONS
A 50% deposit will be taken upon confirmation of reservation. The remaining balance will be taken 30 days in advance of arrival. Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. There are no refunds for no-shows or early departures.
